The person behind the log

I am figuring this out too.

I started training to gain muscle and feel more confident, then the gym became one of the best parts of my routine. I am not a bodybuilder or a personal trainer. I am a normal 23-year-old balancing code, workouts, food, recovery, and the occasional session that does not go to plan. I share what is working, what I would skip, and what made the process easier without making fitness more complicated than it needs to be.
